Introduction

Slipring Elektrik Anonim Şirketi, trading as Slipring Electric (“Company”, “We” or “Us”), is a company operating in Turkey with its office at IOSB, İmsan Industrial Site, E1-Block Str. No: 4/5, Küçükçekmece, İstanbul-Turkey.

Terms Definition

1. Business/Working Day: A day when the banks in Istanbul are open for business.
2. Order: An order placed by the customer for the goods as notified to us in writing, telephone or by website as the case may be.
3. Goods: The goods or any item which set out in order.

Order

1. There is no limitation for placing the order with respect to quantity. You may order us, even a single unit.
2. You can place the order as an individual or company.
3. Orders are accepted and goods are supplied on the basis of Terms and Conditions. No employee or agent has an authority to accept the order on behalf of the company. By placing the order, customer agreed to buy the goods as per the terms and conditions.
4. Once you place the order either online, via email or whatever is the mode, it will be processed immediately within 1–3 Business Days.
5. Order may be accepted as whole or part. However, the order shall be deemed to be accepted only when the company issues a written acceptance which confirms the order detail, or any part of it.
6. We cannot cancel the order once the payment is confirmed. However, you may contact us for further inquiry.
7. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct information and ensure that content of order are complete and accurate; we will not be responsible for any mistakes (errors) contained in the order.

Price

1. The prices which are displayed and included in the quotations are provisional and subject to change without giving notice to the customer, buyer or as the case may be.

Payment

1. It is safe and secure to make the payment at our website because all the information is encrypted and transmitted through SSL Protocol. Credit card data is protected by 256-bit SSL.
2. Most of the time, credit card error occurs due to the card limit or expiry date; if any error occurs while making the payment, kindly contact your credit card company.
3. We accept payments in currencies other than U.S. Dollar such as EURO, POUND STERLING, TURKISH LIRA, JAPANESE YEN, RUSSIAN RUBLE, SWISS FRANC, AUSTRALIAN DOLLAR.
4. If you made any mistake while making the payment like shortage of payment, we shall not ship the items. Further, any additional cost would be borne by you.

Delivery

1. If you cannot track your order, kindly try again the next day as there might be some lag in tracking.
2. We will not replace or return the delivered order if there is any mistake at your side.
3. We use EMS Express for default shipment. However, you may pick up the order by yourself or via an authorized person; in such cases all charges will be borne by you.
4. We process orders within 1–3 business days and delivery depends upon the carrier. Shipping days vary depending on time, quantities and customs clearance.

Return Policy

1. Slipring Elektrik Anonim Şirketi will accept returns of items in original packaging if a wrong item is shipped because of our mistake. We will provide exchange or refund. It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect items upon delivery and immediately inform us if a wrong item has been received.
2. If the buyer does not inform us within 3 business days, items shall be deemed accepted and waiver of rights to return shall be considered an unqualified acceptance.
3. Buyer may change, amend, terminate or cancel the order without bearing charges or costs at its convenience by writing an email ([email protected]) or calling +90 552 567 66 77, if possible. We will confirm whether the requested action is possible.
4. Slipring Elektrik Anonim Şirketi reserves the right to terminate or cancel any order without informing or taking the consent of the buyer, if deemed appropriate.

Customs, Import Duties & Local Taxes

All customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or any additional fees that may apply in the buyer’s country are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Slipring Elektrik Anonim Şirketi is not liable for these charges or for returns caused by unpaid import fees. We strongly recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order.

Laws & Jurisdiction

All disputes and issues will be governed and construed with respect to the laws of Turkey. Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of Turkey have exclusive jurisdiction for the settlement of any dispute or issue, if arising. Slipring Elektrik Anonim Şirketi reserves the right to change/amend these Terms and Conditions without consent.
